It was like a homecoming – when Brendan Grace played a gig in Ennis. Killaloe was where Brendan and his wife Eileen called home when they were in Ireland. On the night of January 1st 2019 Brendan played his last Ennis gig at a packed West County Hotel.
Ger Sweeney who had interviewed Brendan on numerous occasions through the years had arranged for another interview. Brendan invited Ger to the gig and it was arranged that the following morning they would both have a chat over a cup of tea and a scone. One scone each obviously!
